Lanson LS5000 Die Casting Machine Successfully Completes First Trial
Recently, the LS5000 ultra-large cold chamber die casting machine, independently developed and manufactured by Lanson Precision, successfully completed its first trial mold test. This achievement aided the strategic partners—Guangdong Hesheng Precision and Ningde Huizhi—in accomplishing a "successful first trial" for their 5000-ton class die casting mold project.
This trial focused on core components for new energy vehicle integrated die casting. It fully leveraged the powerful performance and highly integrated die casting process of the Lanson LS5000, enhancing the efficiency and precision for large, complex structural parts.
Complete Product Matrix from 1000T to 9000T, Covering All Fields
Since 2015, when Lanson Precision began R&D and production of large and ultra-large cold chamber die casting machines, it has completed the development of models ranging from 1000T to 9000T and possesses the capability to develop and produce 10,000T and above ultra-large cold chamber die casting machines. These are widely applied in fields such as new energy vehicles, aerospace, military defense, automotive and motorcycle components, telecommunications, and construction. Aligned with the company's strategy, Lanson has assembled a seasoned R&D team, benchmarks against international advanced standards, insists on independent R&D, and holds numerous core technologies and independent intellectual property rights. Based on deep insights into die casting industry trends and decades of technical accumulation, we continuously optimize product performance and process adaptability to precisely meet the complex needs of clients across different industries.

Squeeze Casting: A New Leverage Point for the Automotive Components Market
Against the backdrop of increasingly stringent performance requirements for components in sectors like new energy vehicles, rail transit, robotics, drones, and sports equipment, castings characterized by high precision, high strength, and dense internal microstructure have become a clear trend in high-end structural part manufacturing. Grasping this market pulse, Lanson's independently developed LSHVSC/LSVSC series squeeze casting equipment employs multi-speed closed-loop laminar flow control and high-pressure casting-forging solidification crystallization control processes. These can effectively prevent gas entrapment, enabling the production of high-quality castings with precise contour dimensions, smooth surfaces, dense microstructures, and suitability for T6 heat treatment strengthening.
