New Frontiers in Nonferrous & Special Casting at CHINA DIECASTING 2025
CHINA DIECASTING & CHINA NONFERROUS 2025 highlighted a clear industry shift: the expansion of die casting into a broader ecosystem of nonferrous and special casting technologies, driven by rising demand for lightweight structures, high performance, and diversified applications.

Under the theme “Shape Nonferrous Alloy Together for a Shared Future,” the exhibition showcased breakthroughs across low-pressure, differential-pressure, semi-solid, squeeze, gravity, and titanium alloy casting, demonstrating how manufacturers are moving beyond traditional high-pressure die casting to meet increasingly complex engineering requirements.

The Nonferrous & Special Casting Area in Hall N4 brought together more than 100 specialized exhibitors spanning equipment, materials, molds, and end-use applications. Key displays included advanced e-drive housings, motor cases, transmission brackets, automotive wheels, oil pump components, and alloy castings, reflecting the growing role of nonferrous alloys in automotive, new energy, and high-end industrial applications.

Complementing the exhibition floor, the 8th International Forum on Nonferrous Alloys and Special Casting Technologies featured in-depth technical discussions on semi-solid casting, magnesium and titanium alloy applications, additive manufacturing, and process integration. With 27 expert speakers, the forum provided a comprehensive overview of the latest technological progress and emerging industry directions.

Together, the exhibition and forums underscored a critical transformation: nonferrous casting is no longer a niche supplement to die casting, but an integral pillar of future manufacturing — enabling lighter structures, higher functional integration, and improved sustainability.

Building on these advancements, the organizers confirmed that CHINA DIECASTING & CHINA NONFERROUS 2026 will take place on July 15–17, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (Halls N1–N4). Centered on the theme “Twin Engines: Al & Mg, A Lightweight Future,” the upcoming edition will further strengthen its focus on nonferrous innovation, multi-process integration, and global collaboration across the casting value chain.
